Spring bouquet subscription
A beautiful locally and organically grown bouquet of flowers is either picked up from the farm or delivered each week for six weeks. Choose option at checkout.
Subscriptions will start in April - you will be contacted ahead of time to finalize the date, and given all other important details as it pertains to the subscription.
Delivery is available to Slinger, Richfield, Hartford, Jackson, and West Bend. Reach out at info@backyard-blooms.com if you have any questions regarding delivery location availability.
If this is a gift, please fill out the recipient’s information in the address box at checkout. The recipient will have a postcard mailed to them with all the details. You can provide any additional information in the comment box during the checkout process.
For deliveries, you need not be home, you can leave a bucket of water in shade on a porch or around your home.
